Do you have refrigerators in the rooms?

All rooms have a mini-fridge and a microwave.

Do you have rooms with 2 beds?

All our rooms have California King beds.

Can 3 people stay in one room?

We permit a maximum of 2 adults per room.

Do you have adjoining rooms.

We do not have adjoining rooms.

Do you have cots or rollout beds?

We do not. We allow a maximum of 2 adults per room.

Do you allow children?

We do not allow children. All guests must be 21 or older.

Do you allow pets?

We do not allow pets.

Are you clothing optional?

We are not. Clothing is required in all public areas.

Do you have a restaurant onsite?

We do not have a restaurant on site.

Do you have a bar?

We do not have a bar on site

Do you serve drinks poolside.

We do not serve drinks poolside.

Can we rent the whole place?

We do not rent out the entire facility.

Can our friends join us?

We do not permit outside visitors after day pass hours. Those hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM and reservations are required for the $55 day pass and space is limited. Guests of any guest must purchase a day pass to use the facilities.

Can we play music by the pool?

We do not permit guest to play music since this may interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the quiet atmosphere.

Do you have room service?

We do not offer room service.

Do you have rooms with a private jacuzzi?

We do not.

Can we arrive early and use the facilities?

Due to capacity limits, we cannot allow early arrival to use the facilities. Check in is at 3PM

Do you have air conditioning?

All rooms have heating and air conditioning.

Do you have smoking rooms?

All rooms are non-smoking only. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in rooms, by the pool or in any areas other than the designated smoking area in our garden.

Are you cannabis friendly?

Yes, but smoking is limited to the designated smoking area in our spa garden. Absolutely no cannabis smoking or vaping in the rooms, Jacuzzi, poolside or other public areas.

Do you have a hookah?

We do not.

Do you offer a happy hour?

We do not.

Do you have rooms with kitchens?

We do not. Our Superior King rooms have a kitchenette with sink and counter but no stove.

Do we need to pay the day spa fee if we are staying at the inn?

No, the Day Spa fee is only for guests who want to visit during the day

Can we reserve the Jacuzzi for our own use?

No, the Jacuzzi is open to all our guests.

What are the pool hours?

The pool and Jacuzzi are open 24 hours for our overnight guests.

Can we bring our own food and beverages?

Yes.

Can you decorate the rooms for a special occasion?

Unfortunately, we cannot decorate the rooms for special occasions. We do offer flowers and other options for celebrating your special occasion but decorating of the room is not possible.

Can I decorate the room before check-in?

We do not permit early arrivals for room decorating. Guests who do decorate the room must remove all decorations prior to check out to avoid a $250 extra-cleaning fee.

Can we bring tubes and floats for the pool?

We permit pool noodles (2 per person) in our pool, but larger flotation devices are not permitted since they inhibit other guest from enjoying the pools. You are responsible for removing them from the pool when not in use and from storing them in an appropriate location.

Can I host a bachelorette party at the spa?

We are unable to accommodate groups larger than 4 people at our spa.

Can we bring in our own massage therapists?

We do not allow outside massage therapists to do massages or body treatments

I am a social media influencer; do you offer stays in exchange for posts and promotions?

All our media hosting is sourced through the Greater Palm Springs Convention and Visitors Bureau. You may contact them at GPSCVB.com.

Do you permit film and photoshoots?

Guests are welcome to post pictures but we do not offer El Morocco as a film, video or still photography location.
