Mornings at the El Morocco Inn & Day Spa…
What better way to start your morning than to wake up to the smell of French Press coffee or one of our freshly brewed exotic teas… ready to enjoy in the Kasbah Lounge daily. Take a tray to your guest “bedchambre” or poolside and enjoy avocados, crème cheese, tomatoes and onions piled high on a toasted bagel… or keep it simple with our crunchy granola with low fat milk. We’re pleased to offer all sorts of yummy goodies from pastries, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruits and juices (don’t you love California?) to start your day!
Throughout the day we serve it up Moroccan style…
Along with plenty of fresh dates and our own “Humphrey Bogart’s” (Moroccan Mint tea and lemonade), you’ll also find complimentary snacks and other beverages always available in the Kasbah Lounge and Library.
Desert Hot Springs is known for its’ hot springs mineral water – and it’s pure drinking water… voted among the best drinking water in the entire world! Alas… one cannot not live by water alone… so we’ve come up with a list of our favorite local restaurants!
We also pride ourselves in knowing about most of the restaurants throughout the Coachella Valley – and while one or two may have gotten past us… we are pretty good sleuths at hunting them down and giving them a try. If they’re great, you’ll find us talking about them at our nightly happy hour!
Here’s a list of our local favorites…
